Nepal, November 2022

​In November, we are traveling to Dhulikhel, Nepal to work with our friend Pastor Deveraj Bhandari to minister the gospel. We will be hosting two conferences three days each for pastoral training in rural areas where the people are very poor and have little access to teaching and encouragement.
We are expecting unusual miracles! We are believing God for healing, deliverance and many salvations! Nepal is the first place my dad, Ricky, went on a mission trip after he got out of prison. In 1983, when he was first there, Christianity was illegal. It isn’t illegal anymore but there is still a lot of work to do!
Please keep this on your fridge and keep us in prayer as we take the gospel to this part of the world. Because you have chosen to partner with us, this also is your fruit! May the Lord Jesus greatly bless your “basket and your store” and all that you put your hand to do!

Smuggling Bibles, 1984 

When Ricky was in Nepal in 1984, their team led a Hindu priest and his small congregation to the Lord near Pokhora. The priest gave Ricky a tour inside the tiny temple. He tried to explain who all of these gods were that were hanging on the wall or carved into the wood. Hindus worship millions and millions of gods! Of all their gods, they do not have one who loves them, cares about them, blesses them or heals them. Hindus have never received, nor do they expect to get an answer to their prayers. They hope they will be answered, but no one can say for certain they have ever gotten an answer. That was sad.
The team prayed with them, led them to Jesus, then laid hands on them so they could feel the power of Jesus. All felt His power and presence and were thrilled and amazed. That temple became a Christian church, filled with ex-Hindus. To God be the glory!

  Encouraging Rural Pastors, 2013 

We had several significant miracles during our mission (as always.) A woman who attended our leadership conference testified she had a dream about her back being in much pain. When she woke up she could barely move. It was an attack of the devil. When she came, I said anyone with pain should place their hand there and it would go. When she did, all her pain and attack vanished!
Mary went with Ricky in 2013. Ricky said “like king Solomon she stands head and shoulders above the rest!”
